The potential impact of political industrial action on train traffic on 2 February 2024

The impact of political strikes on train traffic is not yet known. We will update this page with new information as soon as the situation becomes clearer.

If train services are cancelled due to a strike, we will refund the price of the ticket

Should the strikes affect train traffic, we will refund the price of the cancelled single tickets for long-distance and commuter traffic to our customers. We will also refund the seat reservations of multi-tickets to customers and extend the validity period of season tickets for long-distance and commuter traffic by the number of days the strikes last.
