Login change is in progress

Logging in to our services will change by the end of March. After the change, you can no longer log in with your Veturi customer number. Instead, use email address for logging in to our services.

If you haven’t changed your username yourself, we’ll change it for you by the end of March. We will send email for you when the change is done.

Email address is easy to remember and makes logging in simple. From now on, the same username can be used for logging in to vr.fi and the VR Matkalla app.

We are standardizing service fees for ticket sales starting from March 3rd

From March 3rd, we will implement a more uniform service fee for ticket sales. The changes will affect our ticket vending machines, commuter tickets sold at R-kioskis, and our phone service. We will also reinstate service fees for ticket sales points. The service fees for ticket sales points were temporarily removed due to a system update in 2023. No service fee will be added to tickets purchased from vr.fi or the VR Matkalla app.
