Changes to payment methods on the VR Matkalla app

The Siirto payment method will be discontinued in the VR Matkalla app at the end of January.

Siirto, one of the payment methods available in the VR Matkalla app, will be removed from the app's payment options on 31 January 2024. The number of people using the payment method has steadily decreased over the past two years.

In the VR Matkalla app, you can use MobilePay, debit and credit cards, online banking and commuter vouchers (Edenred, Epassi and Smartum). Find VR Matkalla in App Store, Opens in a new tab or Google Play, Opens in a new tab.
