On Thursday 3 October, we will publish the timetables for day trains on sale for a record period into the future, from 15 December 2024 to 15 June 2024.
The day trains are released for sale on Thursday Oct 3 at 10 am. The season includes Christmas, the skiing holiday season, Easter, the whole spring and early summer.
Commuter trains are currently on sale until Dec 14 2024.

On Wednesday, January 14, at 10:00 a.m., we will publish additional daytime train services for the summer season, for the period June 15 to August 9. The published season includes Midsummer and the summer holiday season.

The effects of the Hannes storm that began on Saturday are still visible in train traffic until December 31. Storm winds have knocked trees onto the tracks and caused damage to the electricity network, which the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is currently repairing. The storm’s impact is particularly evident between Seinäjoki and Ylivieska, where trains are experiencing delays of 10-30 minutes.
