The largest track work projects commissioned by the FTIA in 2025
In 2025, the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency will commission extensive track work projects around Finland. We have compiled the largest projects affecting traffic next year in this news item. In addition to these projects, the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency will also commission other more minor track renovation work.

We will not operate any night trains at allon Saturdays in May 2025. We will be cancelling all night train services (265, 266, 273, 274 and 276). In place of the cancelled Saturday departures, we will operate the night train service 276 from Kolari to Helsinki on every Sunday in May and on Sunday, 1 June.
We will cancel night trains 265 and 274 from Monday, 12 May, to Wednesday, 14 May, and from Monday, 19 May, to Wednesday, 21 May.
The track work will also cause changes to the Helsinki–Kemijärvi–Helsinki night trains:
On Friday, 9 May, we will operate the night train service 264 instead of 274 for the Kemijärvi–Helsinki night train service.
On Sunday, 11 May, we will run the Helsinki–Kemijärvi night train service 267 instead of 265.
The timetable changes and cancelled night train services may still change as the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency specifies the schedule of the track work.
