Become a corporate customer
It pays off to be a corporate customer – you can easily buy, change and cancel tickets on this website whenever it is suitable for you. Changes and cancellations are flexible, and the tickets and receipts are stored in the My journeys section. On the train, you can also get the most out of your commute.
Create a corporate account
Where would you like to travel?
Once you have logged in with your corporate username, you can buy corporate tickets through the trip search.
There are three different ticket options available
Single ticket
- Seat in Eko Class
- Changes and cancellations are subject to an additional charge
- You can add paid cancellation insurance to your journey
- For an additional fee, you can also book a seat in Ekstra Relaxed Class or Ekstra Calm Class.
Single ticket Flex
- Seat in Eko Class
- Change fee is included in the price, which means that we do not charge a change fee for changing the time of travel
- Cancellation insurance is included in the price. If you cancel your ticket, we'll only charge a cancellation fee
- Available only to our corporate customers.
Corporate ticket
- A seat in the Ekstra Relaxed Class or in the Ekstra Calm Class
- A change fee is included in the price, which means that we do not charge a change fee for changing the time of travel
- Cancellation insurance is included in the price. If you cancel your ticket, we'll only charge a cancellation fee.
- Available only to our corporate customers.
When you need tickets
- Log in at the top of the page with your corporate username and buy tickets at any time needed.
- Tickets and receipts are always saved on your user account in the My journeys section. There you can change or cancel your tickets before the scheduled departure time.
- You can pay by card (either debit or credit) and, upon agreement, invoicing. Order-specific invoices are also possible.
- It is possible to create a VR account for people over 13 years of age

Our services on trains
Would you like to have your own cabin?
- InterCity trains Eko Classes have compartments for 2 or 4 people – the compartments’ closing doors, convenient table space and sockets allow you to focus on your work or meeting. You can book a compartment on this website when buying a ticket or afterwards.
- Pendolino trains have a compartment for 6 people at the end of Ekstra Calm Class. The compartment has plenty of desk space, sockets, and a spacious seating arrangement. The price of the compartment includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water at the self-service station. This compartment can also be booked when buying a ticket or afterwards.
- When buying a ticket, you can also book the adjacent seat to get some extra space next to you. An empty adjacent seat is cheaper than a normal ticket.
Silence or chit-chat?
- The Ekstra Calm Class on both InterCity and Pendolino trains is a quiet area on the train where you can focus on working or resting. Ekstra is a roomy space that provides you with a peaceful and luxurious setting for your trip.
- If you want to spend more relaxed moments together with your work group, we recommend Ekstra Relaxed Class where you and your party can spend your trip in a spacious setting and enjoy purchases from the restaurant car at your seats.
- The corporate ticket includes a seat in Ekstra Calm Class or in the Ekstra Relaxed Class, according to your choice.
- There is also a 12-person conference cabin in the Ekstra Relaxed, which is perfect for teams and meetings. The door of the conference cabin can be locked, and a screen and other equipment needed for presentations are available in the cabin. You can also pre-order food and drinks to the conference cabin.

Stop by the restaurant carEven on a train, work is twice as efficient if you give yourself time to have a proper lunch or a small snack. The restaurant cars and sales trolleys are at your service throughout the journey, and you can also order items to your seat.
Group services for business travel and meetings
Trains can be used conveniently for various needs related to meetings and workshops. Whether for a team day or a joint journey for the entire company, we will always plan a suitable package, including facilities and meals.
Our corporate customer service helps when needed
We are happy to help you through our corporate customer service: we are available on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., tel. 0600 199 55 (EUR 2.03/answered call + LNC). A 1 euro supplement/order will be charged for tickets purchased by phone, in addition to the call charge.
